At PlayerFirst, we help young footballers turn potential into progress — and we know that great coaches make all the difference.

We’re always on the lookout for dedicated, development-focused coaches to join our programmes and help players develop on and off the pitch.

Whether you’re an experienced UEFA-licensed coach or just starting your journey in sport and youth development, we’d love to hear from you.

Who We’re Looking For

• Passionate, reliable coaches who put players first

• UEFA licensed or studying towards a recognised coaching or sports qualification

• Confident leading small groups and creating a positive atmosphere

• Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills

• All staff must be Garda vetted and have completed Child Safeguarding Training
